Déroulement de la course :
Deux athlètes partiront en même temps et s'affronteront station après station.
L'athlète qui aura fait le plus de travail sur la station gagnera un point.
L'athlète qui aura remporté le plus de point gagnera le match up.
Les athlètes auront 4 minutes de travail par station pour accumuler le plus de mètres, distance, répétitions, etc.
Il y aura 20sec de transition entre les stations pour permettre aux athlètes de noter leur score et se rendre à la prochaine station.

SVP acheter la bonne catégorie. Aucun changement possible. Voir titre de l'événement comme référence.
Un leaderboard général sera créé post événement et envoyer afin de pouvoir vous mesurer entre vous.
IMPORTANT :
- L'horaire vous sera envoyé au plus tard le lundi 24 novembre 2025 OU plutôt si l'événement est complet. SVP prévoir être disponible entre 13h00 et 16h00.
- SVP répondre au courriel de confirmation avec le prénom, nom et courriel de votre partenaire pour faciliter les matchs up.
- Si vous n'avez pas de partenaire, vous pouvez quand même vous inscrire.

Race Schedule:
Two athletes will start at the same time and compete station by station.
The athlete who has completed the most work at the station will earn a point.
The athlete who has earned the most points will win the matchup.
Athletes will have 4 minutes of work per station to accumulat the most meters, distance, repetitions, etc.
There will be 20sec transitions between stations to allow athlete to record their score and proceed to the next station.

A general leaderboad will be created and sent out after the event so you can compare yourself to everyone.
IMPORTANT:
- The schedule will be sent to you no later than November 24th, 2025 OR earlier if the event sells out. Please plan to be available between 1:00pm and 4:00pm.
- Please reply to the confirmation email with your partner's full name and registration email so that we can partner you up properly.
- If you do not have a partner, you can still register.
